As an on-site Occupational Health Paramedic , you’ll be a key part of a safety-focused medical team, providing injury triage, health support, and wellness guidance on a nationally recognized construction project. You’ll work closely with safety professionals and project leadership to keep workers healthy, safe, and productive. Requirements

  • Current State Paramedic License required or the ability to obtain one according to the NREMT, State Laws and Regulations, or the EMS Compact.
  • Current ACLS certification required
  • OSHA-30 Certification required within 90 days of employment (this is company provided via online education).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paramedic
  • Valid Driver’s License in good standing
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and adaptability
  • Ability to read, interpret, and complete medical and administrative documentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and internal databases
  • Skilled in using standard office and medical equipment
  • Ability to handle the physical responsibilities of the job as listed above
  • Applicants must reliably commute or plan to relocate prior to starting work in Fargo, ND.

Nice To Haves

  • Emergency, occupational, or industrial safety experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Injury & Illness Care Triage and treat occupational and non-occupational injuries
  • Provide follow-up care based on Evidence-Based Medical protocols
  • Understand and support workers' compensation and risk management processes
  • Document care using our EMR system (Cority)
  • Maintain a clean, fully stocked clinic
  • Communicate with MMC leadership and local providers
  • Work with the site safety team daily
  • Lead “Stretch and Flex” sessions and conduct site walks
  • Help identify workplace health risks
  • Promote employee wellness initiatives
  • Conduct new hire drug screens and orientation
  • Perform substance abuse and occupational health testing
  • Attend weekly team meetings to review cases and site updates
  • Deliver excellent service to employees and site leadership
  • Build trust and foster a positive work environment
