About The Position

Temp TKO Construction Services is currently accepting resumes for Millwrights near Fargo, ND. We are looking for seasoned Millwrights looking for a 3-6 month assignment. Overtime expected, some weekend work is required. Job Description A Millwright is generally responsible for the assembly and maintenance of machinery, in this case conveyors, bearings, gear boxes, belts, pulleys, hoses, etc... Millwrights assemble, maintain, and dissemble machinery in factories, plants, mills, and various other industrial settings. Millwrights may also be called upon to dissemble machines scheduled for replacement or that must be moved to a new location

Requirements

Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and replacing conveyors, bucket conveyors, drag chains, bearings, belts, pulleys, gear boxes, and other agricultural equipment.
Experience with installing conveyor systems, replacing & splicing belts, bearings & head pulleys
Pre-employment background check required.
This person/persons should be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs and not be afraid of heights as climbing is required.
Very good physical strength and stamina
Problem-solving ability
Very good communication skills
A strong commitment to all health and safety guidelines
Ability to follow established procedures and practices and read instructions
Aptitude in using various hand tools (screwdrivers, hammers etc.) and precision measurement tools
Pre-employment background check required.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Nice To Haves

Agricultural Millwright experience preferred
A background in welding is preferred
High school diploma is preferred; Certification from a vocational school or completion of apprenticeship is a definite plus
