This individual will function as a team member providing care and transportation to pediatric and neonatal patients via ground ambulance, helicopter, and fixed wing aircraft. They will be responsible for maintaining the readiness of equipment, ensuring the availability of supplies, and completing all related paperwork. The successful candidate should have a strong desire to expand their knowledge of pediatric and neonatal patients and be able to apply that knowledge effectively in the transport environment. Key personal attributes include being self-motivated, highly organized, possessing strong customer service and communication skills, and demonstrating the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships.
