Paramedic Field Supervisor - Ambulance - LACP Lima Job Summary: The Supervisor, Paramedic is responsible for the day-to-day operations during the shift including, but not limited to scheduling, handling complaints, supervising all staff, and ensuring proper patient care is provided. Paramedic supervisor will provide medical care and transportation of emergency and non-emergency patients at the Paramedic level of care defined by the State EMS scope of practice. Essential Functions: Handles issues regarding fleet maintenance and ensure preventative maintenance is being performed Ensures availability of resources for daily operations and assist in tactical level of deployment to meet system needs Assists with the investigative process for handling and reviewing incidents and issues Participates with the Management Team in progressing the organization forward Receives, handles, and routes inter-agency disputes/issues to the appropriate resource Provides patient/client follow up This document is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, or working conditions associated with the job.
