Direct Hire Responsibilities: -Matter Management · Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers to gather all relevant information. · Assist in case evaluation and strategy development. · Collect and organize medical records, police reports, and other case-related documents. · Draft demand letters and other legal correspondence · Maintain case files and databases. - Administrative Support · Perform general administrative tasks, such as assisting with incoming phone calls, scheduling and maintaining calendars, and assisting team members if needed.
