About The Position
Provides paralegal support to attorneys on agreements, projects and document management; prepares legal documents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time experience in a business or law firm setting; or
- Associate’s degree and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time experience in a business or law firm setting.
- NOTE: Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
Nice To Haves
- drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts
- working in a health care, academic, or government entity setting
- other relevant drafting experience
- familiarity with privacy and security rules and regulations
- performing work related to observational or clinical research
- licensing or other intellectual property related work
- working within a contract management system
