Requirements

  • Has prior experience working in the commercial property space, preferable but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Manage matter set-up and administration, ensuring compliance with risk and internal procedures.
  • Handle post-completion processes, including SDLT returns and Land Registry applications, responding to requisitions, tracking progress and keeping clients informed.
  • Provide support on acquisitions and disposals within client property portfolios.
  • Assist with lease and license management, including landlord and tenant matters.
  • Support with title administration and portfolio management - reviewing title documents, conducting Land Registry searches and maintaining accurate records.
  • Support post-completion management, including SDLT returns and Land Registry applications.
  • Draft, amend and maintain precedent letters and house-style documents.
  • Ensure proper archiving, storage, and retrieval of property documents and deeds.
  • Generate and circulate client reports, ensuring timely updates and delivery.
  • Handle travel and diary management, ensuring fee earners are fully prepared for meetings.
  • Respond to client and stakeholder queries with clear, professional communication.
