About The Position

Kinghorn Law | Financial is an expanding estate planning law and financial firm dedicated to helping our clients navigate complex legal and financial matters. Our purpose is to empower individuals and families to achieve peace through educating, coaching, and serving with love and compassion. The right person for this position aligns with our core values of Extreme Ownership, Dignity, Warmth, Discovery, and Community. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized paralegal with a minimum of five years of paralegal experience, preferably with a focus in estate planning. Candidates with an equivalent background providing support in a related financial field such as wealth management, tax preparation, insurance advisory services, or banking operations are also encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage complex documentation in a fast-paced environment. This person will work under the guidance of a senior paralegal and an attorney and receive role-specific training. Experience in non-professional environments will not meet the requirements for this role. A successful candidate is interested in a long-term position and values stability in their career. This role is best suited for someone seeking to grow with our team rather than those pursuing short-term or transitional employment.
