Attorney General Andrea Joy Campbell seeks a highly motivated individual to join her Office’s Consumer Protection Division as a Paralegal to assist in the investigation and litigation of civil enforcement cases. The Division enforces the Massachusetts Consumer Protection Act (M.G.L. c. 93A) and seeks to protect consumers from abusive practices in debt collection, automobile sales, and mortgage lending, among many other areas. Racial justice is a strategic priority of the Office, and we aim to serve the most vulnerable consumers in the Commonwealth. The Paralegal will work with investigators, interview witnesses, review documents, compile evidence, and assist attorneys with all aspects of case responsibilities, which may include fact gathering, trial preparation, translation, data analysis, attending depositions, organizing and maintaining files, reviewing exhibits, and helping to monitor or administer settlements and post-judgment relief.
