Who we’re looking for Lead the execution of cyber fraud prevention initiatives, owning complex investigations, mentoring analysts, and translating fraud risk into actionable control improvements aligned with organizational risk appetite. This role is responsible for protecting the organization from cyber fraud threats by leveraging advanced technologies, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. What you’ll be doing Utilize advanced analytics, machine learning, and threat intelligence to identify emerging fraud patterns and vulnerabilities. Oversee incident response and forensic investigations related to cyber fraud, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis. Lead fraud simulation exercises and purple-team validations to test control efficacy. Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, including law enforcement, industry groups, and vendors specializing in fraud prevention. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by integrating new technologies and methodologies in fraud detection and prevention. Own and enhance fraud detection and monitoring controls across platforms. Mentor senior and junior analysts; provide technical and investigative guidance. Partner with engineering, risk, legal, and compliance teams on fraud prevention strategies. Provide fraud trend analysis and recommendations to leadership. What you bring 8+ years of experience in cyber fraud, cybersecurity, or fraud risk management. Strong understanding of cyber fraud TTPs including phishing, ATO, and social engineering. Hands-on experience with fraud monitoring tools and analytics platforms. Demonstrated leadership or lead-level responsibilities. Added bonus if you have Experience in financial services or regulated environments. Professional certifications such as CFE, CISSP, or GIAC. Experience supporting cloud-based fraud or security controls.
