We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and experienced paralegal to play an important role on our legal team. You'll draft legal documents such as affidavits, prepare briefs, conduct legal research for trial preparation, and keep case files and other important information neatly organized and easily accessible. Draft, Prepare, & Review Documents: Prepare trusts, wills, and estate planning documents with precision for attorney review. Support Clients: Communicate updates, gather information, and assist clients with form completion. Document & Case Support: Prepare affidavits, pleadings, subpoenas, deposition notices, legal briefs, and correspondence under attorney supervision. Administrative Support: Assist with e-filing, phone coverage, scheduling, and notarizing documents. Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly case management meetings and contribute to a supportive, team-oriented culture. Most Important: 2-5 years of Florida Estate Planning experience, including trust drafting, is non-negotiable. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
