As a Litigation Paralegal, you'll be at the heart of the action, working closely with our talented attorneys to manage the intricate details of our litigation cases from inception through to settlement. Key responsibilities will include: Drafting Discovery Documents: Use your writing skills to prepare detailed and persuasive legal documents that help shape the course of our clients' cases. Trial Preparation: Play an integral role in preparing for trials by organizing evidence, conducting legal research, and ensuring that everything is in place for success. Client Interaction: People skills will shine as you interface with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and fellow staff, ensuring a seamless communication process that keeps everyone informed and satisfied. Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paralegal in a law firm
  • Experience in Personal Injury, either on the Plaintiff's or Defense side
  • Proficiency in legal research and excellent investigative skills
  • Experience in drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
  • Strong organizational and case management abilities
  • Ability to assist in trial preparation and support attorneys during court proceedings
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent computer and typing skills
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with litigation software and case management systems is a plus
  • Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or a Paralegal certificate from an accredited program (preferred but not required)
