This Paralegal Senior position is within PNC's Corporate Governance organization and will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH. Within the legal department and under attorney direction, the role provides analytical and support services, assisting attorneys with substantive and procedural legal work. The position involves preparing, reviewing, and analyzing legal documents, investigating and analyzing issues, and conducting legal research. PNC employees are expected to be Customer Focused, knowledgeable of values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations, and adept at Managing Risk, assessing and effectively managing all risks associated with business objectives and activities to ensure adherence to PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Responsibilities

  • Assist litigation attorneys with legal research, including by organizing and analyzing account records and other documentation
  • Track litigation matters using legal matter management system
  • Prepare legal holds
  • Collaborate with attorneys on various ad hoc legal assignments, as well as with resolution of certain litigation matters via communications with customers and their legal counsel
  • Provides analytical and support services under attorney direction
  • Assists attorneys with substantive and procedural legal work
  • Prepares, reviews and analyzes legal documents
  • Investigates and analyzes issues and conducts legal research
