We are currently seeking a highly motivated Paralegal specializing in Probate and Estate Planning for our Myrtle Beach office. Experience in the following areas is preferred: Trust and estate planning Probate and trust administration Business transactions Document management and analysis Preparation of fiduciary accountings Client interaction

Requirements

Three to five years complex Trust and Estate experience is preferred
Bachelor of Arts degree or Paralegal Certification
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products - Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and employees of all levels of the firm.
Experience in electronic document discovery and database management
Team Member who participates in shared office duties and requirements
Professional demeanor, computer skills, and the ability to manage a large caseload in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software is preferred
