About The Position
Legal Support firm looking to hire remote Legal Assistants / Paralegals with Family Law, Matrimonial or Divorce experience. Flexible work schedule and PT / FT opportunity to work remotely. Regular work hours, evening and weekend hours are available. Salary dependant on experience.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as a paralegal in divorce and/or family law
- Familiarity with Family Court procedures
- Familiarity with Financial Affidavit for divorce
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment
Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with divorce and family law matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, and other legal documents
- Prepare documents to court
- Manage case files and maintain deadlines
