General Summary: The General Liability Paralegal provides litigation and discovery support to the General Liability practice group attorneys. The role manages subpoenas and the discovery workflow, reviews and analyzes medical records, identifies key facts-including, but not limited to, prior injuries and complaints-and coordinates with providers, vendors, and experts. The position requires strong organization, initiative, and experience operating independently within defense litigation.
