About The Position

Essential Functions:

Respond to incoming phone calls, initiate outbound follow-up, and address inquiries through live chat and website submissions
Use the electronic case management system to open new cases and schedule follow-up tasks when necessary
Conduct meetings with individuals who visit in person to collect essential details for evaluating their eligibility based on the firm's criteria
Perform any additional tasks as assigned
