Our expansive campus features hiking trails, lakes, an Olympic-sized pool, a media center, a bowling alley, and a panoramic library - all designed to help students thrive socially, academically, and emotionally. Requirements

  • 21+ years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ONE of the following:
  • 3,000+ hours experience working with children or adults with disabilities in a residential group home setting
  • Associate's or higher degree with 12+ credits in a related field
  • Parent of a child 7+ years old
  • Able to meet physical requirements (standing, kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with disabilities preferred
  • Experience working in a school-setting preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support students 1:1 with daily routines, personal care, and skill-building
  • Implement IEP goals and behavior strategies
  • Participate in on and off-campus activities
  • Create a safe, structured, and supportive environment
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and specialists
  • Track progress and celebrate student achievements
