Are you an experienced electrical technician who enjoys hands-on work and building high‑quality control panels? Join our team as a Panel Shop Technician, where you’ll assemble, wire, and test electrical control panels that meet stringent safety, quality, and performance standards.

In this role, you’ll work directly with engineering drawings and technical documentation to ensure each panel is built accurately and efficiently. You’ll troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues as they arise, collaborate with teammates to meet production timelines, and maintain thorough documentation as part of our commitment to safety and compliance. This is a great opportunity for a technician who is detail‑oriented, takes pride in craftsmanship, and wants to continue developing their skills in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in the electrical field and/or panel assembly
• Knowledge of electrical standards, panel assembly, and panel setup
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, Associates or technical trade school is a plus.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and accurately lay out equipment according to prints

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of welding and automated assembly is a plus
