About The Position

Team Mancuso Powersports is a group of seven high-volume franchised motorsport dealerships in the Metro Houston area, including Harley-Davidson, Indian, Victory, and all of the metric brands. They employ enthusiastic, motivated people in Sales, Service, Parts, and Apparel, dedicated to guaranteeing their customers receive everything needed to "live the dream" on their new motorcycle, ATV, UTV, Trike, or Personal Watercraft. The company is looking for an experienced PALS Specialist (Parts and Labor Sales) for their fast-paced Mancuso Harley-Davidson Location.

Requirements

Two years experience in dealership position
General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations
Great customer service skills
Strong work ethic and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Active-listening and strong communication skills
Ability to follow directions and willingness to learn
Respect for teammates and a positive outlook

Responsibilities

Schedule service appointments and obtain customer and vehicle data prior to arrival
Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner
Work directly with walk-in and telephone customers to help determine and supply them with parts and accessories.
Point out any sales, specials, or new merchandise to customers.
Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts
Check progress of repairs throughout the day and contact customers regarding any changes in the estimated time and cost requirements
Receive proper authorization before any repairs are performed
