About The Position

Palliative Care Physician Hackensack Meridian Health Raritan Bay Medical Center Perth Amboy & Old Bridge, New Jersey Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a dedicated, board-certified/eligible Palliative Medicine Physician to join our successful and expanding program in the southern New Jersey region. This is a 100% clinical role focused on providing exceptional, patient-centered care in both inpatient and ambulatory settings. You will join a thriving, multidisciplinary team—including a full-time nurse practitioner, social worker, and chaplain—to deliver comprehensive pain and symptom management. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a system-wide effort to integrate palliative care, develop best practices, and truly make a difference in the lives of patients and their families. Requirements

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Palliative Medicine with fellowship training OR 2+ years of experience in the HPM field.
  • A team-oriented physician with the ability to manage emotionally challenging situations and provide personalized patient and family support.
  • Must hold or be eligible for a current NJ Medical License, DEA, and CDS.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional, patient-centered care in both inpatient and ambulatory settings.
