About The Position

Continuously monitor and record all finished goods released into or requested from the Americold warehouse. Ensure accurate documentation, proper product flow, and timely communication between production, packaging, warehouse, and quality teams.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED, with related experience or equivalent combinations accepted.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks at once while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and understand basic instructions, memos, and short correspondence.
  • Ability to lift up to 65lb, sit for long periods, bend/twist/stoop/kneel as needed
  • Effective communication in one‑on‑one or small group settings.
  • Basic math proficiency, including fractions, decimals, rates, ratios, and percentages.
  • Ability to follow detailed written or verbal instructions and apply practical reasoning.
  • Strong visual alertness for monitoring product, equipment, and documentation accuracy.
  • Proficient interpersonal communication and computer/keyboard use.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with production, warehouse, and quality teams.
  • Comfortable working in environments with loud noise, cold temperatures, vibration, and moving machinery.
  • Capable of interpreting simple graphs and handling standardized problem‑solving.
  • Able to maintain safety and productivity in demanding industrial conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Load new products into the computer system.
  • Visually inspect all pallets of product and report issues to Packaging supervision.
  • Generate production tickets (system or manual) and record all production accurately.
  • Reconcile all production with Americold Warehouse by the end of the shift.
  • Post all production into the computer and send the EDI immediately after reconciliation.
  • Process production recall requests, forward them to Americold, receive recalled product, create disposition tickets, and record each pallet.
  • Process ingredient requests from Americold, receive and inspect materials, and deliver them to the requestor.
  • Monitor stretch wrappers for maximum efficiency and replace stretch wrap as needed.
  • Power up labelers and replace ticket and ribbon rolls.
  • Areas of responsibility include: Ticket applicator Stretch wrappers OEE OAC
  • Perform all assigned clean‑up duties, including general factory clean‑up.
