About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Paintline Paint Helper to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality coatings and finishes to various aluminum extruded products in our state-of-the-art facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing an exceptional finished product. You will work closely with a team to ensure that all painting operations are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company standards. Your expertise in different painting techniques, coupled with your understanding of coating and their applications, will be essential to maintaining the quality and durability of our aluminum products. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in painting or coatings is a plus.
• Experience as a painter, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred.
• Understanding of various paint types and application methods.
• Familiarity with Paintline equipment and machinery operations.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform manual labor as required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must pass company background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as required.
• Mix and apply paints, primers, and finishes according to specifications and product guidelines.
• Operate Paintline equipment and machinery, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards are met.
• Maintain accurate records of paint inventory and usage during the process.
• Conduct quality checks on painted products to ensure adherence to design specifications and finish requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the painting process.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
