About The Position
We're seeking a maintenance candidate that will mainly be responsible for working with the property staff to maintain our apartment community. The main focus will be painting of the apartment units between occupancy and learning new skills where time is available. The right candidate will have a great work ethic with a customer service mentality, the ability to work well with others, and be able to perform tasks timely, accurately and completely. This position requires a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check. We are a smoke-free and drug free workplace. EOE
