About The Position
As a Painter, you will paint parts, assemblies, and complete machines in a production environment focused on safety, quality, and teamwork. This role includes preparing materials, applying paint using various systems, and ensuring finished products meet specifications.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma, GED, NCRC OR 3+ years of manufacturing experience
- Experience with manufacturing and/or automotive paint processes
- Ability to perform physical work (standing, bending, lifting, repetitive tasks)
- Ability to work any shift, including overtime and weekends
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures
Nice To Haves
- Experience with spray guns, electro-deposition, or flow coat systems
- Familiarity with industrial paint equipment
- Production/manufacturing experience
- Strong attention to detail
