We boldly go. FULL-TIME POSITION ON 2nd SHIFT. Starting pay:$18.00 4/10 work schedule (Monday - Thursday), some overtime on Friday as needed. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

  • Able to properly inspect, load and unload the paint system
  • Able to properly prepare parts for the paint system (sanding, plugging, eye bolts, etc)
  • Able to load, unload and operate the burn-off oven
  • Understand and follow the work instructions and quality standards for the department
  • Have a basic understanding of documentation (examples include ISO, Windchill, Kanban, and TKSs)
  • Understand and demonstrate proper sequencing of the system
  • Understand kanban systems and their elements (including the FIFO supermarket)
  • Able to demonstrate the ability to operate the sequencing computer system
  • Able to train others in all aspects of the position
