Shift Hours - 3:00pm-1:00am - Tuesday - Friday Overtime Hours as required. Pay Rate: $24.60/hour + $2.50/hour Shift Premium = $27.10/hour Job Summary: Paint Support is expected to safely perform all aspects of support for paint operations.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls.
The employee is regularly required to stand and walk.
On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders.
The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 - 50 pounds.
Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus.
Occasional travel.

Responsibilities

Comply with the company/site safety rules.
Maintain clean work environment.
Follow and complete the supervised established procedures, processes, and policies.
Efficiently load (hang) and unload raw parts from the paint line.
Knowledge and understanding of the impacts of quality.

Line setting.
Understanding of packaged parts.
Communicates with material handlers and maintenance.
Complete supervised maintenance activities.
