Painter - 2nd Shift
About The Position
Milacron is looking for a Painter to join our team in Batavia, OH on 2nd shift. In this position, you will prep, prepare, and paint manufactured parts on the paint line for showroom appearance for machines that Milacron manufactures. Work You’ll Do: Open bay painter/operator, prep parts by washing parts/equipment in the wash booth, prime parts and paint manufactured parts in the paint booth. Load and unload parts for paint line operation. Perform painting operations as necessary to facilitate production demands. Paint parts per work instructions. Prepare/mix paints as necessary to achieve specified color per customer needs. Produce and maintain a consistent quality of work. Job report labor correctly and in a timely manner. Understand and support company policies, goals, and objectives, including ISO 9001 and 14001 policies and procedures. Set the department standards in areas of housekeeping, attendance, and productivity. Demonstrate flexibility when confronted with high stress/emergency situations, priority changes, or new assignments.
Requirements
- High school education or relevant technical school training
- 3+ years of related experience or training or equivalent combination for education and experience
