Requirements
- Proven experience in painting within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to handle detailed painting tasks.
- Familiarity with drywall preparation and finishing techniques.
- Ability to safely operate table saws and other woodworking or painting equipment.
- Basic understanding of carpentry and fiberglass materials.

- Certification or formal training in industrial painting or finishing techniques.
- Experience with spray painting technology and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality.
- Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other coatings using brushes, rollers, spray guns, or other tools according to specifications.
- Operate and maintain equipment such as table saws and spray painting systems safely and efficiently.
- Inspect finished surfaces for defects or inconsistencies and perform touch-ups or corrections as needed.
- Collaborate with carpentry and production teams to coordinate tasks and meet project deadlines while maintaining safety standards.
