Job Summary: Applies protective and decorative coats of paint, varnish, lacquer and other related materials to interior and exterior surfaces of the facility.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Ability to read and write English
- At least five years of painting experience
- Attention to detail
- Clean and courteous work ethic
Responsibilities
- Prepares surfaces by taping, spackling, scraping, sanding and/or smoothing prior to applying finishing material.
- Maintains existing décor by matching/tinting appropriate paint products.
- Maintains equipment and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
- Repairs sheetrock and repaints those areas as and when needed.
- Performs other reasonable job duties as assigned.
