About The Position
It will be the Painter's responsibility to perform any protective coating related duties throughout the hospital buildings and grounds. These duties will be economically performed in order to provide a clean, safe, and attractive environment for visitors, patients, and employees. All functions will be performed in compliance with all applicable codes, guidelines, and governing agencies. If you are selected for this position, you will be asked to supply your immunization records as proof of vaccination. Requirements
- HS diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years experience
Responsibilities
- Application of protective coatings to any surfaces
- Creating a smooth surface on new gypsum board walls
- Interior Ceiling Installation and Repair
- Patching of all types of Walls, Ceilings, and Floors
- Inventory control, material acquisition
- Safe Operation of Hand and Power Tools
- Documentation of work performed
- Clean up of shop and equipment
