About The Position

The Painter is a critical member of our onsite community team, responsible for maintaining the property's interior appearance and ensuring that our communities reflect our high standards of excellence and company values. This role plays an essential part by delivering high-quality interior painting, detailed trim work, and professional surface preparation to ensure apartment homes and common areas are completed with precision and efficiency. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
2–4 years of professional painting experience required
Proficient with paint sprayers and detailed trim/finish work
Experience with interior surface preparation and minor drywall repair
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials as needed

Nice To Haves

Basic handyman or light maintenance experience preferred

Responsibilities

Perform interior painting in apartment homes and common areas
Operate paint sprayers and perform detailed brush and trim work
Prepare surfaces including sanding, patching, priming, caulking, and minor sheet rock repair
Complete light make-ready tasks such as hardware and light fixture replacement
Maintain organized inventory of paint supplies and materials
Ensure clean, safe, and professional work areas at all times
Support timely apartment turns and overall property presentation standards
