About The Position
In this role, you'll deliver exceptional guest service while enhancing the building's appearance. As a Painter, your mission is to ensure all painted walls and surfaces are impeccably maintained and expertly repaired. Requirements
- High school diploma or its equivalent.
- Considerable knowledge of paint, drywall/repairs and installation of baseboards /trim required.
- Knowledge of OSHA Safety and Chemical Standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service with warmth and attentiveness to our guests by responding promptly to guest concerns and requests.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by repairing damaged walls, cleaning, sanding, and priming them, ensuring a flawless foundation for an attractive finish.
- With brushes, rollers, and sprayers, skillfully apply paint, varnish, and stains to transform surfaces into polished finishes.
- Perform touch-ups and repairs to maintain a fresh and well-kept appearance.
- Monitor painting supplies to prevent stock shortages.
