About The Position

Multifamily Communities | Hourly Pay + Commission Are you a skilled painter who takes pride in clean finishes, efficient work, and making spaces look brand new? Want the opportunity to increase your earnings based on your productivity? We’re looking for a Painter to join our team and take ownership of unit turns and community-wide painting projects. Requirements

2+ years of professional painting experience required
Strong drywall repair and finishing skills
Basic carpentry skills required (advanced skills a plus)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple units/deadlines
High attention to detail and pride in quality work
Reliable transportation and ability to travel between properties

Nice To Haves

Multifamily/apartment experience strongly preferred
Advanced carpentry skills a plus
