About The Position

This full-time position works Monday–Friday, from 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with optional overtime opportunities.
As a Professional Residential Painter, you'll start your day from home and go directly to job sites in Boston, the MetroWest to Sudbury area, and the Northern Suburbs to Maine. Your tasks will include prepping surfaces and applying high-quality paints to windows, doors, soffits, and shutters. You'll work confidently with ladders and sprayers while collaborating with your team and communicating effectively with clients. Every brushstroke contributes to Cosmos's legacy of craftsmanship and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 2+ years of residential painting experience
• Experience in high-end applications
• Possess personal painting tools and brushes
• Reliable form of transportation
• Working knowledge in the use of ladders and power equipment
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Adaptable and eager to learn
• Comfortable with technology
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work as a team, and has a good work ethic, integrity, and maturity
• Critical thinking skills and maintains high standards
• Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test
