Requirements

Vocational/technical school training with ASE, I-CAR or BASF (waterborne) certification a plus
Pay close attention to detail and quality of work performed
Be organized and maintain a clean work environment
Be able to work successfully in a team environment
Have the ability to easily learn and apply new concepts
Maintain the ability and the desire to work in a fast-paced environment
May be required to work overtime as business needs dictate
Responsible for providing and maintaining own set of hand tools, including air sanders, air wrenches, miscellaneous air tools and spray guns.

Responsibilities

Assessing and analyzing the damaged areas to prep for painting
Preparing the correct color tint to match proper paint color
Painting the vehicles with a high level of efficiency and quality
Establishes a finished product which adheres to factory and dealership procedures when performing warranty work
Maintaining work area in a clean and orderly manner
