About The Position

re:fab is a full-service painting and renovation company based in Lakeville, MA, seeking insured subcontractors with EIFS experience for immediate interviews and job positions. They are looking for partners with 33+ years of consecutive growth who are interested in expanding their business. The company is onboarding subcontractors for upcoming projects in the Meridan/Hartford CT areas, covering EIFS work from full replacement or new install to repairs and resurfacing.

Requirements

• Insured with General Liability, workers comp and auto insurance-either personal or commercial
• EIFS work from full replacement or new install to simply repairs and resurfacing
• Experience with interior
• Reliable crew + equipment
• Commitment to safety and timelines
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs
• Must be a team player committed to working in a fast-pasted environment
• Must be able to read/understand English
• Applicants MUST have a reliable & insured truck or van to travel to the job
• General Liability and Workers Comp insurance proof
• Working cell phone

Responsibilities

• Keep detailed reports of work completed and report daily logs to re:fab team
• Complete jobs on time and budget
• Comply with all company policies and procedures; adhere to company standards and safety program
