About The Position

As a Paint Prepper you will prepare surfaces for painting large industrial signage for commercial businesses. The ideal candidate will have to be comfortable working in a fast paced and high energy environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED
• Must be able to pass a drug and background screen
• Ability to withstand environmental conditions of working in warehouse
• Ability to multi-task while staying organized.
• Ability to work independently
• Able to work within changing environment and manage time

Responsibilities

• Prepares surfaces to be painted.
• Assists in operating and/or attending to painting machines and/or painting booths.
• Disposes of waste in accordance with environmental regulations and company policy.
• Demonstrates flexibility in work hours to include availability for overtime hours as required by management.
• Attends all necessary meetings and training as required by management.
• Provides care and security to all company resources.
• Performs necessary housekeeping activities, including but not limited to: picking up all debris that results in production activities, proper storage of all materials and equipment when not in use, disposal of all other materials which may be offensive or hazardous.
