Position Overview: As part of the talented Thunder Jet team members will be responsible for preparing all boats for paint. At Brunswick, we have passion for our work and a distinct ability to deliver. Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.
Requirements
- Ability to stand, bend, and stoop for 10+ hour shifts.
- Maintain good attendance
- Work overtime to meet production needs.
- Operates and maintains hand and power tools and equipment while training under the safety guidelines.
- Ability to follow established safety processes.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- Self-starter, team player with a good safety awareness.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Responsibilities
- Grind, sand, polish, scotch bright, and tape all product moving through the paint department.
- Bondo® may be applied in some cases.
- Self-starter, team player with a good safety awareness.
- Detailed and organized.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
