We are seeking a skilled Painter / Powder Coater to join our manufacturing team. This individual will be responsible for powder coating and/or painting a wide range of products. Hanging and unhanging uncoated products. Operating curing ovens and ensuring proper bake cycles. Performing setup tasks such as changing powders/paints and adjusting spray equipment. Ensuring all work meets quality specifications and standards. Assisting with troubleshooting and maintenance of coating equipment. Supporting and training team members in powder coating/painting operations. What will help you thrive in this role?Experience & Skills: 1–5 years of related experience in powder coating, painting, or similar mechanical/electrical maintenance roles. Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) training required. Preferred backgrounds manufacturing industry. Education: High school diploma, GED, or trade school experience preferred. Ability to perform basic reading, writing, and math functions. Technical & Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend instructions, memos, and correspondence. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read machine drawings and use hand/power tools. Physical Requirements: Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 35 lbs.
