About The Position

Join Our Team as a Powder Coater/Painter in Manitowoc, WI
Wage: Starting at $20/hour + $2/hour shift premium
Schedule: 4-day workweek! Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Occasional overtime on Fridays

What You’ll Do: As a Powder Coater, you’ll play a key role in our production process by:

Responsibilities

• Operating the automatic paint booth
• Applying powder coat paint to parts with precision
• Performing color changes efficiently
• Troubleshoot and maintain equipment.
