About The Position

The Painter is responsible for maintaining the appearance and condition of condominium common areas and residential units through high-quality painting and surface preparation. This role supports property maintenance efforts to ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained community.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming
Paint interior and exterior surfaces including walls, ceilings, doors, trim, railings, and common areas
Perform touch-ups and routine maintenance painting as needed
Match paint colors and finishes according to HOA standards
Protect furniture, flooring, and fixtures during painting projects
Follow safety procedures and use equipment properly (ladders, lifts, PPE)
Maintain painting tools and equipment in good working condition
Report structural damage, water intrusion, or maintenance issues to management
Coordinate work schedules to minimize disruption to residents
Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
