Job Description: AriensCo is currently hiring a motivated Paint Technician on 2nd shift at our Brillion, WI location! In this role, you’ll play a key part in preparing parts for painting by ensuring they are properly cleaned and ready for the next stage of production. Pay: Starting at $22.00/hour plus $4.00 shift premium — $26.00/hour total plus $2,000 sign on bonus Schedule & Shift: Monday - Thursday (4 days x 10 hours); 2:45PM-12:45AM

Requirements

  • Minimum of a High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Able to problem solve effectively
  • Strong language, mathematical, and reasoning ability
  • Ability to stand for 10 hours a day
  • Must be able to use hands to position parts in place
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds at varying frequencies
  • Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment
  • Desire for personal development and growth
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous powder/chemical application experience a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Safe operation of machines and tools
  • Conduct conductivity testing, pH testing, titrations, ultrasound testing, oil split and soil load testing and total & free alkalinity testing
  • Test conductivity and hardness of RO
  • Conduct routine washer maintenance (including nozzles, bath dumps, etc.)
  • Willing/able to do routine paint line work (loading/unloading parts, painting, etc.) and special projects work
