Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot paint defects, equipment issues, and process problems
• Analyze root causes and recommend effective corrective actions
• Stay current on emerging paint technologies, materials, and techniques
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality results
• Work alongside production team to share expertise and support the development of fellow team members
• Support development and documentation of process procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts across liquid/powder paint and preparation processes.
