About The Position
Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and applying appropriate pre-treatment chemicals under the guidance of the powder coater. Assist in loading and unloading products onto the coating line, ensuring proper spacing and alignment. Monitor the coating process alongside the powder coater to ensure proper coverage and adhesion. Help maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of materials and tools.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to lift and move objects as needed.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.

Benefits
