Job walks, Estimating work, and Scheduling Crews. Business development Managing the Day-to-Day Activities of Paint Crews Be willing to travel Acquiring talent, training team members in their roles. Using your strong management and interpersonal skills to represent the company professionally.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of Field Operations and Leadership Experience
• 5 years of Industrial Painting & Coatings
