About The Position
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Paint Shop Technician to join our team in Creedmoor, NC. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through expert painting and finishing techniques. If you have a passion for detail and a knack for working with your hands, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Disassemble and reassemble trailers and accessories. Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed. Mix and apply paint and finishes according to specifications. Operate and maintain spray guns and other painting equipment. Inspect finished products for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working in the paint shop. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in painting or a related field is a plus. Previous experience in a paint shop or similar environment preferred. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing setting. Familairity with hand tools and power tools Mechanical aptitude Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move materials as needed. You should be proficient in: Tape Measure Reading Service Maintenance and Repair Skills Machine Safety Inspections
Requirements
