About The Position

FIDELITY MANUFACTURING is part of the backup Power Generation Industry. We design and build back up power packages (to include tanks and enclosures) for large and small health, industrial, and technology-oriented businesses that cannot have a power lapse at any time. Cleaner/Prep/Paint/Detail We are looking for the perfect candidate to expand our team! Applicants should be: • Background check and pre-employment drug screening required. • Display being detail oriented eye/hand coordination. • Able to apply common-sense understanding to carry out detailed written and/or oral instructions. • Able to work well individually or in a team environment. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. All interested applicants MUST complete an employment application and pre-screen interview to be considered for the position. Overview The Cleaner/Detailer/Sandblaster is responsible for de-burring, grinding and sanding finished product; assemble parts onto finished product and move heavy products on and off machinery and throughout the facility.

Requirements

Ability to run a grinder
Detail oriented with exceptional eye/hand coordination skills
Ability to read, write and speak English
Ability to solve basic mathematical equations
Ability to interpret specifications, blueprints, and work instructions
Good understanding of set up techniques
Knowledge of basic hand tools, wrenches, ratchets, screw drivers, etc.
One to two years previous experience or on-the job training
