Paint Prep Technician Position Summary The Paint Prep Technician is responsible for preparing parts and whole goods for paint application while maintaining quality standards, efficiency, and safety within the paint department. This position supports the Paint Team by ensuring proper preparation, cleanliness, and organization to produce a high-quality finished product.
