You'll get the satisfaction of making great products people use and love.   Global Paint Engineering - Color Development and Harmony Engineer Color Development and Harmony Engineer within the Global Paint Engineering department will serve as a primary technical expert responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of automotive paint finishes, from initial development through the program implementation. This role involves qualifying advanced paint color technologies and providing critical engineering support to ensure seamless color harmony across various vehicle components and platforms. By collaborating with core engineering teams, you will oversee the technical qualification process and lead the integration of new colors onto global vehicle programs, ensuring that all colors meet required appearance, quality and functional standards.
